DIGITECH 3200 VP2 PREMIUM is equipped with the full range of welding functions offered by CEA:
- vision.ARC2 - arc control software function to achieve a more perfect and stable arc, together with superior pulse control correction.
- VISION.PULSE - allows pulse welding with a short arc that is constantly adjusted by optimizing the results of traditional pulse welding.
- DUAL PULSE - double pulse, which favors a further reduction in heat input into the material being processed, reducing its deformation. The double pulse is extremely useful especially when welding aluminum and stainless steel.
- visionPIPE - MIG/MAG process developed by CEA for root seams in butt welds of pipes in all positions.
- vision.COLD MIG/MAG process with low heat input, developed by CEA for welding thin-walled materials, coated materials and brazing, in all welding positions.
- vision.ULTRASPEED – MIG/MAG process for welding steel and non-ferrous metals thanks to the greater concentration of the arc, allows a significant increase in welding speed.
- visionPOWER - a process for increasing the penetration when welding steels and non-ferrous metals of medium and large thicknesses
- vision.PULSE-UP- a special process designed for vertical upward welding. The process is a combination of pulse and special MIG processes, allowing to achieve the so-called “Herringbone” without the use of oscillating movements during welding.
- vision.PULSE-POWER- a process for increasing the penetration when welding steels and non-ferrous metals of medium and large thicknesses, when deep penetration and a smooth seam are required.
- vision.PULSE-RUN - a special process combining the advantages of pulse welding together with a faster travel speed, when welding alloyed or low-alloyed steel and aluminum.
- vision.ULTRASPEED allows to reduce heat input and increase welding speed, thus obtaining a well-sized seam without defects.
- "WSC - WIRE START CONTROL" function - control when starting the wire feed. Prevents the wire from sticking to the workpiece or the torch nozzle and always ensures a precise arc with soft ignition.
- "BURN BACK CONTROL" function at the end of each welding seam, in any conditions and metal, the digital control ensures a perfect "cutting" of the wire, thus avoiding the formation of the typical weld bead and thus ensuring the best subsequent ignition of the arc.
