For a client from the field of industrial coatings and surface treatment, Kammarton Bulgaria implements a solution for automation through blasting equipment with an abrasive recycling system and ventilation.
The blasting chamber has a protective vinyl lining for the inner walls and a built-in opening for connecting the abrasive to the elevator. The bucket elevator with a height of 3.20 m and a capacity of 4 t/h lifts the collected abrasive to the separator, where by means of an air jet the reusable abrasive is separated, and the dust and the abrasive that is no longer suitable for use are filtered. Fine particles are deposited on the filter, and larger and heavier particles fall directly into the waste bag. The usable abrasive is stored in the silo with a volume of 200 l, with which the blasting apparatus can be loaded by means of a valve. The cascade filter is a DFC-1 cartridge filter with an area of 11.5 m2, with a fan capacity of 1500 m3 /h.
The aspiration system consists of 4 DFC-4 cartridge filters with a total area of 46m2, with a fan with a capacity of 6000 m3/h with pulse cleaning. The air drawn in by means of the intake pipe is purified by the filters and discharged into the atmosphere. The level of air purification is over 99%.
Kammarton Bulgaria always meets the requirements of its customers and helps in solving high-tech production tasks.
