The Eckert OPAL WATERJET water-abrasive cutting machine is a universal and precise waterjet cutting machine with working area of 1500x3000 mm and bevel cutting capacity up to 150 mm, and for straight cutting up to 250 mm.
It is equipped with the following equipment:
- 3D cutting head for waterjet cutting
- Water cutting table
- High pressure water pump
- Dosing system for abrasive
- Water treatment system
The machine is designed for processing different materials. There is no dust as a by-product of cutting. Depending on the material, abrasive cutting or cutting with clean water is performed. Most importantly, cutting is performed without slag and thermal deformation, which minimizes post-processing.
