Kammarton Bulgaria realizes the supply, installation and commissioning of a through blasting turbine machine with a roller conveyor for blasting steel profiles, pipes and sheet material.
The through blasting turbine machine is model SBS – 1250 – 4 and works with cast steel spherical or angular shot. STEM - Slovenia turbines are 4 x 7.5 kW. The firing speed is 80 - 90 m/sec. The machine has a bucket elevator, a hopper and a device for cleaning the shot, and the filter for separating the abrasive is type DCF-1.
The control of the filtration and recycling systems of the shot blasting machine is realized by a programmable controller Zelio SR2B201FU with Zelio SOFT software, a display and a keyboard for dialog mode.
The length of the roller conveyor is 2 x 12 m with inverter control, speed up to 5 m/min.
The aspiration wall for painting has two-stage filtration - a cardboard Andreae filter and a polyester filter behind it. The fan is an ATEX version with a flow rate of 25000 m3/h and a degree of purification of the discharged air from dust particles of 95%.
